Refund policy

For standard orders, I will accept returns, refunds and exchanges for up to 90 days after you receive your order.

Please contact me before returning your order, so that I can give you the correct returns address. I will not be able to process returns that are returned to the wrong address.

Custom orders are generally not returnable, as I am not able to resell them. You may be offered a non-expiring gift card, partial refund or another product instead. Learn more about custom orders.

I am a small business owner, and dealing with the cost of returns and refunds is expensive. Please try to order the right product the first time. If you're not sure which product to order, or which size, get in touch with me first.
